Why use EZY products?

For 12 years, we have been working in searching for the best manufacturers for building supplies. This experience has allowed us to select and create partnerships with various companies that currently manufacture products for renowned businesses. However, because our focus is to supply products for construction projects, in particular, we are able to give you prices that will reduce your costs without compromising the quality.

How do I place my order?

It is very simple. Add all the products with the quantity that you need and send us your query using our e-commerce website. We will receive your query request and provide you with an Initial Report within 3 business days. If you agree with the order, we will request for the initial deposit.

How do I pay for my order?

Because the orders are for amounts that are larger in quantity we believe the safest way to pay is via wire transfers. We will provide all the information you need in order to send us your payment.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once we received the deposit for your order, we will provide you with a confirmation number and estimated delivery date.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Once you submit your query we will provide you with the most accurate time frame for delivering products to your destination port.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs varies depending on the shipping destination. In order to provide you with a proper delivery cost please contact us with your port name, city, and country.

Are all of your items in stock?

It all depends on the availability of each product. After you submit your query we will provide you with further details.

I can't find what I'm looking for on your website, can you get other products?

If the product you are looking for is not listed or not available, NO PROBLEM. Please send us your product requirements so we can find what you are looking for. There are no limitations to what you can get with EZY. That is why we want you to build with confidence, knowing that no matter what you need EZY will get it for you.

Can I order by phone?

We believe that written orders are more effective at understanding your needs, but if you want to call us to inquire further on any of our products, we are more than happy to help and take care of your order over the phone. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 6 China Standard Time.

How do I cancel my order?

Once you place an order and have send the deposit we cannot cancel any orders for all our products are being prepared to be shipped and we cannot stop the process. However, we are open to listen to your case and see if we can come up with a solution.

I have received a damaged item, what do I do?

Before any shipment, EZY will send you an Inspection Report verifying that all products are in good conditions. However, if you find any damage products, please take a picture and send to support@ezysupplies.com and we will take care of the rest.

What warranty comes with your product?

All EZY products come with a warranty but it varies from product to product. After you submit your query we will provide you with more information.

Payments

Because EZY orders are in amounts that are larger in quantity we believe the safest way to pay is via wire transfers. We will provide all the information you need in order to send us your payment. Once you approved the query, we will require an initial deposit to start organizing all the logistics of the products. After the goods are ready, we will provide an Inspection Report of all your products and only then we will require the full balance payment before shipping.

Shipping and Tracking

At Ezy, we strive to achieve fast and reliable shipping to our customers. To achieve this we have partnership with top logistic companies in China that allow us to communicate your shipping status at each stage.  After you buy your products, you will be able to track your order in your account at EZY. We will provide you with updated status of shipment and send you e-mails throughout the process to keep you informed. In case of any inquires, you can contact us at anytime at info@ezysupplies.com.  NOTE: Actual delivery time is based on availability of product, production time, destination port, and shipping company schedule.

Warranty

All EZY products come with a warranty but it varies from product to product. After you submit your query we will provide you with more information.

EZY WARRANTY does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired, nor does it cover consumable goods. If any product is found to be defective, a replacement will be sent to you.
